WHAT
Our main platform is a natural language processing software which performs real time sentiment analysis on sound. We have implemented this platform in the form of a wearable device that analyses the voice of users to detect if a person is in distress. Upon detecting the intensity of distress, emergency contacts and authorities will be alerted.
HOW
This discreet wearable device is independent of any smartphone, is waterproof and can be worn anywhere on the body. Unlike regular panic buttons, this doesn’t involve user engagement but instead detects and analyses sounds automatically. We aim to mass produce this product, sell it at a very affordable rate and distribute it across the world, especially to areas where people face high levels of sexual assault such as third world countries.
